Pain arising from stress, relationship difficulties, isolation, addiction, grief, or other life challenges can become disruptive or frightening, leaving us feeling disconnected from ourselves and others.

Psychotherapy invites us to honor these challenges relationally and compassionately. It is tender work that also asks us to take our inner worlds seriously, and to courageously pursue the lasting benefits of a fuller life.
